I came up with this after watching the video about acid-adjusted pineapple juice. The taste is reminiscent of the sour pineapple haribo gummy bear (in a way that really worked for me).
Ingredients
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice Acid adjusted
- 1 ½ oz Don Q gold
- ½ oz Plantation OFTD
Garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to shaker.
- Add one large ice cube and one cracked cube.
- Shake.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

- Pineapple Wedge
