The Abuelita’s Revenge cocktail is made by Judson Sherman Rose at Chicago‘s Broken Shaker.
Ingredients
- 2 dashes Firewater Bitters
- 1/4 oz Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Chile Liqueur Ancho Reyes
- 2 oz Chocolate Milk Abuelita
Top
Milk Foam
- 2 oz Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar Powdered
- 2 dashes Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled highball glass.
- Top.
- Enjoy!
Milk Foam
- Add all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix using a latte foamer.
