The start of a corny joke? Or a delicious Cocktail? Or both?
Today’s cocktail was a viewer request and it was the unique culinary ingredient it employs that got my attention. Also, I tend to love it when I have to R&D an ingredient and create my own take on a drink because I don’t have all of the info on it. I also love it when a drink uses an ingredient I’m not familiar with because it helps me to expand my knowledge and it inevitably ends with new creations and my drink making skills that much more expanded.

Ingredients
- 2oz (60ml) Ransom Old Tom Gin
- .5oz (15ml) Sweet Vermouth
- .75oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
- .5oz (15ml) Radish Gastrique
Instructions
- Add ingredients to tin
- Add ice and shake for 8-10 Seconds
- Strain into Rocks Glass with Large Rock of Ice
- Garnish with Salt and Pepper
