Not too much to say about this Mai Tai variant other than that is was created by Clancy Carroll in 2000 and was uncovered and re-popularized by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry. Ingredients
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Rhum Agricole Vieux
- .5 oz Blue Curaçao
- .5 oz Maraschino Liqueur Luxardo
- .5 oz Orgeat
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
Garnish
- Pineapple Slice
- Maraschino Cherries
- Orchid Flowers
Instructions
- Add main ingredients to Tin
- Add shaking ice
- Shake 8-10 seconds
- Strain into glass
- Add crushed ice
- Garnish with Pineapple Slice and Cherries on a cocktail pick and decorate with Orchid Flowers
