The High Tail Out cocktail was made by bartender Ivy Mix.
Ingredients
- 2 dashes Mole Bitters
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Don's Mix No. 2 2:1 Grapefruit Juice & Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz Blanc Vermouth
- 1 oz Light Rum
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled highball glass with soda water added.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
