The Leyenda Ranch Water cocktail is made by New York City bartender Leanne Favre.
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Lime Sage Sherbet
- 3/4 oz Fino Sherry
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
Top
Garnish
Lime Sage Sherbet
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Lime Peel
- 2 Sage Sprigs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a chilled highball glass.
- Stir.
- Add ice.
- Top.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
Lime Sage Sherbet
- Add all ingredients in a container.
- Muddle to release oils.
- Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- After the 24 hours is up you should have a sugar lime oil slurry.
- Juice the limes that were peeled and add to mixture.
- Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Strain peels out and bottle.
Notes
The lime sage sherbet lasts 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
