The Pennington Daiquiri was created by Death and Company Alum Tyson Buhler for the now shuttered bar Lost Hours in New York City. Just nice play on a classic staple.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc Rhum JM
- 3/4 oz Brandy Lost Hours uses Bertoux
- 1/2 oz Suze Gentian Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
- Shake 8-10 seconds.
- Strain over a big rock of ice.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
