- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 6 – 8 Mint Leaves

Instructions
- Add all recipe in mixing tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain in a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish.
- Enjoy!
