Josh Spencer has long been intrigued by the potential of creating a cocktail inspired by the classic PB&J sandwich. However, previous attempts fell short due to the absence of a key ingredient: the bread element. Upon discovering Old Duff Genever, with its pronounced aroma and taste of fresh-baked bread, they recognized an opportunity to rectify this omission. Inspired by Leandro’s PB&J sour video, the author experimented with a similar cocktail structure. The result is a drink that delivers a remarkably authentic PB&J flavor experience.
