In honour of the Romans, a drink fitting for the greatest warriors, emperors, and Gods of their time, I bring you Ichor! Made with the finest ingredients that were harvested and celebrated with during the Roman Empire!! How the Romans drank in style!
Ichor
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon – Buffalo Trace is a good choice
- 1 oz Reposado Tequila – El Jimador ideally
- 0.5 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup 1:1
- 10 ml Angostura bitters
- 3 drops of Orange Flower Water
- 6 Red Grapes
Instructions
- Muddle the Grapes with the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey syrup in a Shaker.
- Add the other ingredients into Shaker.
- Shake for 10 seconds, and Double Strain.
- Small Wine glass or Small Goblet.
- Garnish with Red Grapes on a Cocktail Pick, and Cinnamon Dusting over the top of grapes and drink!
