The Grohl Whip is an original cocktail cooked up in a strange dream featuring Dave Grohl, piña Coladas, and his (imaginary?) crappy whip my imagination wants him to own.
Grohl Whip
Coming from a dream, I created this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative)
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice or 1 cup Frozen Pineapple chunks
- 3/4 oz Coconut Milk Syrup or Coconut Ice Cream or Cream of Coconut
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Garnish
- Mint bouquet spritzed with a little Absinthe
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until fully incorporated
- Strain into a chilled Poco Grande glass
- Garnish with a mint bouquet spritzed with a little absinthe mix
