Garnish

Lemon Twist

Instructions

Add Bitters, sugar and dash of soda into a mixing glass.
Muddle Sugar to create a fine paste.
Add in Cognac and Ice.
Stir until sufficiently chilled.
Wash the inside of a Footed Rocks Glass with absinthe.
Strain cocktail into it.
Garnish with Lemon Twist.
Enjoy!
