This cocktail was inspired by NYC Bartender Jon Mullen’s take on the Spumoni cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Italicus
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Tonic Water
- 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice Ruby Red
- 1 Barspoon Simple Syrup
Garnish
- Grapefruit Slice Dehydrated
Instructions
- Add simple syrup, italicus and gin to a chilled highball glass.
- Add Grapefruit juice to a high speed blender and blend until fluffy.
- Pour into highball glass and top with Tonic.
- Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit.
- Enjoy!
