Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Cacao Blanc
- 1/4 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 dashes Saline solution
- Roe
- Lemon twist
Instructions
- Build the cocktail in an old fashioned glass.
- Add pebble/crushed ice and swizzle until diluted and chilled (approx. 10 seconds)
- Top with more pebble ice.
- Garnish with an ice shell and salmon roe.
- Enjoy!
For ice shell:
- Fill a handheld citrus squeezer with shaved ice and press for 3 seconds.
- Remove resulting ice shell and reserve in the freezer until needed.
