A riff on a Maid which is a gin drink created by Sam Ross for East Side Company bar in 2005. This template is just so easy to stick any spirit you want into for a great drink but really sings with Reposado Tequila.
Maid in Mexico
Ingredients
- 2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Cucumber slices
- pinch Mint Leaves 6-8 pcs
Garnish
- Cucumber slice
Instructions
- Add mint and cucumbers to the tin and lightly muddle.
- Add all other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a rock glass over ice.
- Garnish with cucumber slices.
