Marin Cate needs no introduction. He is the founder/owner of Smuggler’s Cove (among other bars in the Bay Area and San Diego) who has risen to become one of the most respected voices in the Tropical Bar Scene. - .75 oz lime juice

The book specifies 1/4 oz orgeat, but this recipe specifies 1/2 oz orgeat. Did Cate modify his original spec?
