The legendary Zombie Cocktail, created by Don The Beachcomber aka Donn Beach at his Hollywood location in 1934.

According to the legend, a customer walked in asking for a drink that would get him through, either a long flight or business meeting. Donn Beach put together a drink on the spot. A little while later the customer comes back and asks what he put in the drink, because it made him a zombie, and a classic was born.

Ingredients

 

OZML

• 1 1/2 oz Gold Jamaica Rum
• 1 1/2 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 1 oz Rum Lemon Heart 151 Rum
• 1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Don’s Mix
• 1 tsp Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 6 drops Absinthe

Garnish

• 1 Mint Sprig
• 1 Lime and Cherry

Instructions

 

• Add ingredients to Mixing Cup
• Add Pebble Ice
• Flash Blend for 15 Seconds with Drink Mixer
• Pour into Large Glass
• Top with Pebble ice
• Garnish with Mint Sprig, Maraschino Cherries and Lime Wheel
