I made this with my own made Creme de Cassis, a beautiful cocktail!
Too bourbon-forward for my taste; the cassis got lost. Will try again with different ratios.
When I watched you make this, I immediately went to try it myself. Alas, I had no Creme De Cassis. What to do? I found I had a bottle of Chambord, and tried that. It was superb. I may have just invented my own cocktail by accident. If I ever get some Creme De Cassis I will definitely try it, but in the meantime, I got this going for me. I urge you to try it. I call it a “Renaissance”. 🙂
